Around noon, a serious car accident took place at the base of the Thomas Johnson Bridge in California, St. Mary’s County, Maryland. After a car struck a dump truck while traveling southbound on Route 4, both vehicles veered off the road, and the dump truck rolled over into a ditch with the car underneath it.
