A house fire in southeast Baltimore claimed the life of one of the occupants and caused personal injuries for another occupant. On Monday morning, around 3 am, the fire started in a home on Bonsal Street. Apparently, the occupants were an elderly couple. An arson team was brought on the scene, which is standard procedure,
