The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) lists homicide as the fourth most common cause of fatal workplace injuries. The agency defines workplace violence as “any act or threat of physical violence, harassment, intimidation, or other threatening disruptive behavior that occurs at the worksite.” This was the case recently at a South Florida fitness club
