Sleep Apnea Testing No Longer Required


Officials from the Federal Railroad Administration and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration recently announced that they would no longer require truck drivers and train engineers to undergo sleep apnea testing. They argue that the decision to test employees should be left up to railroads and trucking companies. Those who support the testing are disappointed
